		<description>[...] 食譜是參考&#8221;Min的&#8221;終於驚豔，湯種麵包&#8220;，只不過我們用麵包機攪拌，配合KO廚房的麵糰判斷方法。說來好笑，他都用我之前買的器材，其中Walmart牌廉價小秤讓他邊做邊嘆氣，因為最小刻度是10g，但很多材料只需10g以下，他可是早就習慣實驗室裡準確度到小數點第四位的電子秤。那天晚上他忙到半夜，我早早就寢因為隔天還得早起，半夢半醒間感覺到他拖著疲累的身軀爬上床，含糊的問他成果如何？換來不怎麼興奮的回應。結果隔天一起床看到史上最小，超級無敵小的＂香蔥點心捲＂，長不到10公分，寬3公分超級可愛。:D 原來麵團根本沒發起來，誰叫他有個超級粗心的老婆給他過期半年的酵母，讓他苦苦等待卻不見麵團變成傳說中的&#8221;兩倍大&#8221;，還細心呵護麵糰，又噴水又蓋保鮮膜怕它們乾掉，想到就覺得對不起他，怎麼這麼倒楣娶到我這種老婆？ [...]</description>

不過最主要關鍵是確定引擎不過熱,
燒壞了就報廢了,
湯種只要用到最低速和次低速,
一共要打二十至二十五分鐘,
試到目前為止,
我的陽春機還健在.
想做湯種電子秤很重要,
它的重量多非整數,
換算起來既不精準又麻煩,
所以建議還是買秤,
我每週至少做一至二次湯種,
當使用率很頻繁時,
好用的單種功能配備還是非常划算.</description>

I have a Kitchen Aid stand mixer, but I have a little bit concern about it.  The head/motor shakes when I knead dough.  Do you know if it is normal?  I&#039;d like to try 湯種, but I don&#039;t have a scale.  Just like you say, I don&#039;t like to buy some stuff just for a certain of purpose.  Is it very important to follow the weight requirement?  Do you know how to convert the weight to cups?  Thanks.</description>
